Diana decided to sit down at the edge of the porch.
Lyla: "You really know how to make the best of any situation, Emilio."
Emilio: "I try to keep it positive."
Marcus: "I will admit of all places, it's nice to be stranded here."
Emilio: "This is kind of fun. I never get to swim with friends like this."
Lyla: "You don't have any siblings?"
Emilio: "I'm an only child. But I'm the favorite child!"
Marcus: "You really are a positive guy."
Emilio: "You guys should join us!"
Lyla: "I'm not a great swimmer. Not all of us are trained swimmers like you and Diana."
Emilio: "The water is so calm and it feels great!"
Marcus: "No thanks, man."
Emilio: "Diana, let's race. I haven't gone up against you in a while."
Diana: "I'm not sure."
Emilio: "Come on. Just to that island and back."
Marcus: "There's an island there? Maybe there's people."
Lyla: "Do you really think you can make it that far?"
Marcus: "It is a bit far."
Emilio: "I can totally do that."
Marcus: "We should tell the others."
Emilio: "Right now?"
Marcus walked into the kitchen to find the adults. Lyla, Diana, and Emilio followed him to the kitchen.
Marcus: "Emilio says he can swim to the mainland."
Jack: "I don't think that's the best idea right now."
Emilio: "I can totally do it though, Mr. Yang."
Jack: "It's too dangerous, Emilio."
Emilio: "What if Diana went with me? Diana, what do you say?"
