Diana: "No. I'm scared."
Jack: "We should be fine as long as the group sticks together."
The group made their way into the kitchen.
Jack opened the fridge.
Jack: "The fridge is fully stocked."
Marcus: "There's a lot of food in the pantry too."
Fiona: "Seems like whoever left us here was kind enough to give us food."
Jack: "It would be nice if they gave us some information too."
Marcus: "Can we check out the rest of the house?"
The group traveled back to the dining room.
Marcus opened the curtains.
Emilio: "Its a beach house!"
Lyla: "The water is so close."
The group made their way to the center room.
Jack: "So far the house seems pretty mello, but we still don't know what's going on so we'll need to stay cautious."
Emilio: "Isn't it obvious? We're on some kind of show. We're being pranked or something."
Fiona: "This is a little elaborate for a prank show, and it seems illegal to do this without our consent."
Marcus: "Shouldn't we focus on getting out of here?"
Jack: "We'll get to that, but I wanted to see how everyone was doing first."
Marian: "Do you all know each other?"
Jack: "These four are students of mine and Fiona is my sister. The only person no one seems to know is you."
Marcus: "What's your name, ma'am?"
Marian: "My name is Marian Reyes. I don't understand why I am here with all of you. Just yesterday, I was in my house."
Marian shuffled around nervously.
Jack: "I think for now you all should rest here for a bit. I'll take a quick look around the house."
No one in the group protested and Jack made his way up the stairs.
Twenty minutes or so went by and Jack found his way back down to the center room.
Emilio: "Did you find anything, Mr. Yang?"
Jack: "Well there's four rooms upstairs. No phones or computers, but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary."
Fiona: "This whole thing is out of the ordinary."
Jack: "For now, I think it's safe to assume we are alone here. Whether we should be comforted or worried by that, only time will tell."
Jack's statement did not comfort the group.
Jack: "Why don't we get a meal going? Fiona will help me. Miss Reyes, would you like to join us?"
Marian: "Yes. I'll help."
Jack: "The rest of you can try to entertain yourselves in the living room. I think I saw a TV in there."
The adults made their way to the kitchen.
Emilio: "I want to go for a swim."
Lyla: "We should probably stay inside until we know it's safe."
Marcus: "Let's check out the living room first."
The group of teens made their way through the fourier to the living room.
Emilio: "Woah! They have a whole knight in armor here."
Marcus: "See if you can find the remote for the TV."
While Emilio checked the TV, Diana found the remote on a bookshelf.
Emilio: "What? It doesn't even work?"
Emilio pressed the power button on the TV and Diana gave the remote a few clicks. The TV remained off.
Diana: "The remote doesn't work either."
Emilio: "Now what?"
